Pickup Information
Orders placed online for pickup from Sydney Solvents may take approximately 24–48 hours to be processed and ready for collection.
Please wait until you receive confirmation from our team that your order is ready for collection before arriving.
Identification Required for Online Pickup Orders
A valid form of photo identification (ID) must be presented when collecting all online pickup orders.
The person collecting the order must be able to provide the relevant order details and valid ID before the order can be released.

If you require an order urgently or for same-day pickup, we recommend visiting Sydney Solvents and placing and paying for your order in-store.
Same-day purchases are available for in-stock items only and are subject to product availability at the time of purchase.
