Are we open to the public? 

Yes, we are. You can buy direct from us paying card or cash. You don't need to be a business customer to buy. Anyone can walk in and buy from us.

We are open from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately, we are not open on weekends.  

 

Can I pick up?

Yes, we are located in Penrith, NSW.

What payments do you accept on pick up?

We accept cash or card (visa, mastercard, AMEX, eftpos). 

 

We know you’ll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with:

  • A valid delivery address (either residential or business) as we cannot ship our products to PO Box or Parcel Collect. Orders will not be sent to Australia Post for pick up as they will not accept Dangerous Goods.
  • Contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

Our couriers require the customer’s phone number for each delivery. We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Your order will be sent through one of our preferred couriers.

 

When will I receive my order?
Once payment received, all orders are processed and shipped out by the following business day. Approximate cut-off time for same day dispatch is 11am.

 

Shipping timeframes:

NSW, ACT 1 to 3 business days
QLD 2 to 5 business days
VIC 2 to 5 business days
SA, WA, TAS, 

3 to 6 business days

Shipping charges are calculated depending on the quantity, weight, location and if it contains dangerous goods. 

All consignments are tracked. The tracking number can be viewed in the email notification you receive after the order has been dispatched.  If you can't find it or need help with tracking, please contact us.

If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you’re happy.

 

Who will deliver my order to me?
We have a few different couriers we use depending on size, location, and what is being shipped out. Once purchased, you will have the ability to see who is delivering to you and be able to track the product.

 

Can I track my order online?
Yes. All purchases will have a tracking code which can be used to trace via our courier tracking services. The tracking number will be emailed to you, and you can view it by logging in to your My Account page on the website.  If you can't find it and need help with tracking, just contact us.

 

What can I do if the delivery seems to be taking too long?
If there is any issue with delivery and the item cannot be accurately tracked, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to sort out any issues and keep you updated.

 

If I need to return something, what do I do?
If you need to return something, please contact us or phone 1800 60 50 40. Please read our Returns Policy before returning any product back to us.

 

How can I contact you?
You can contact us via phone on 1800 60 50 40 or via our contact page where we will respond within 3 business hours. If you message us after hours, on the weekend or a public holiday we will reply the next business day.

 

If I need to make a warranty claim, what do I do?
Should the item you receive be faulty in any way, please contact us and we’ll make sure the correct process is followed so the issue can be addressed as quickly as possible for you.

 

I have an issue with safety, who can I call?
If there has been intake of chemical, or it has been spilt please contact us on 1800 60 50 40. If it is an emergency please call Chemcall on 1800 127 406 and they will assist.
